Founded by Anson H. Asbury, Asbury Law Firm Tax Counsel is composed of a team with over 100 years of expertise. The main focus of Asbury Law Firm is taxation, with the firm having received both national and international recognition for its work in tax litigation. In addition to tax litigation, the firm advises entrepreneurs and business owners on asset sales, business transfers, reorganizations, and succession planning. 

In 2021, the firm was ranked as a Leading Firm for Tax Controversy by Chambers USA, and most recently, four Asbury Law Firm Attorneys were named Georgia Super Lawyers.
